Owner Rick Poston, former Mr.
America 1984 and a recipient of the Trainer of Champions award
in 1991, has been dedicated to physical fitness for over 30
years.
A native Vermonter, Rick opened his first gym
in 1979 and has since helped individuals of all kinds develop
healthier bodies as well as training athletes &
bodybuilders. He's trained Reggie Jackson, Glenn Braggs, Jody
Reed, Tim Thomas, Erin Perron and so many others. Dubbed
"Wizard of the Washboard" he's also developed exercise
equipment, including the Vertical AB Blaster.
